Lorryn Rose attended Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with a B.F.A. in Fibers. She graduated in honors while receiving an Academic and Artistic scholarship throughout her years there. She focused on material exploration, print and pattern. She has always been a painter but saw the opportunity when touring SCAD to bring her skills of painting into something more. She then went on to creating print and patterns working digitally and now works with actual materials to convey her ideas and concepts through Surface Design.

She has been in exhibitions including the Fibers Open Studio for three years and the Fibers Senior Show. She has had internships with fashion designer, Anna Sui, and smaller businesses, like Art of Cloth and Urban Poppy. Understanding both sides of the work field. Carrying what she has learned from internships and studying at SCAD she has brought it forward to her work outside of school. Now working at Interface as a Junior Concept Designer bringing her contemporary ideas with her.
